Message: Excellent service. Mt. Valley is the best water in the market. And Eric and his team are very helpful. Suggest you go and buy a large supply as soon as possible. Before the leftists ruin our lives. You’ll at least have pure water! Ha!

Message: Let me start off by saying that every other water delivery service in Miami is absolutely horrible. That being said, this Mountain Valley distribution center wouldn't have to do very much at all to garner our praise, but they do.. They go above and beyond to keep in touch with their customers and let them know of delays or problems, offering explanations and apologies with a personal touch.. That includes the points of contact that we personally have had the pleasure of working with - Eric, at the distribution center's office, and Ricky, our home-delivery driver who has busted his hump to make sure the water gets to our door for many years now.. Thank you all for many years of consistent, excellent service.. P. S. - We used to order all 5-gallon glass bottles and recently swapped over to the 4-gallon plastic. It saves a tremendous amount of effort moving them and risking injury.

Message: I have been using them for over 5 years: this is simply the best water delivery service out there. I am not a big customer - ordering about twice a year a bunch of bottles. Every time the ordering is frictionless and delivery is just perfect. Highly recommended.

Message: Great company with an incredible product and amazing customer service. I’ve never had an issue with delivery and the driver always walks my bottles all the way back to my door which is quite far off the road. They really go above and beyond here. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Message: This is my favorite water to drink! We buy the 5 gallons, the 2. 5 gallons and the water bottles to take out with us. We've been ordering water from this company for the past 7 years. The staff is amazing! Jessie in billing, Erick in customer service & Susan in orders. They're all the best, today I needed 4 additional 5 gallons in order to be ready for the coming Hurricane. I called this morning, spoke to Susan and Erick from customer service came and dropped off the order himself to make sure I got my order. I highly recommend this water and this great team to supply it!
