Message: I called in yesterday to place a custom cake order and was told that they could do it; however, I had to come in person to place the order in person. I went in person to then be told that the Cake couldn’t be done since I needed it for tomorrow. The personal whom answer the phone should be better trained on what they can do and not do with orders; I wasted my time in coming in to be told they couldn’t accept my order. The same information was given to the lady who took my call yesterday and guaranteed they could take my order; however that it simply needed to be placed in person. The reason I am giving three (3) stars ⭐️ is because the place seemed cleaned and the employees were very courteous; hopefully no one else goes through this nonsense. Last time I will ever come to this location.

Message: I walk in to get a cortadito, and my mouth was watering while looking @ the large variety of pastries, cakes and other munchies. The place was so clean, impeccable. I was a-knowledge on the spot. Exelent costumer service and loved, el cafesito. Great experience highly recommended to friends and family. Can’t wait to visit again!

Message: Lately the service in this Vicky Bakery store has improved impressively, I love guava pastries and they make the best ham croquettes, el Pan de Bono although it's not Cuban but is magnificent.

Message: Ordered ham and cheese croissant warmed up, the croissant was warm but the ham and cheese were still cold. I was hoping for melted cheese. Had this and a cafe con leche for less than $9. 00, so it was worth it.
