Message: Lee is a super hero! I had pre-ordered donuts for my daughter’s class as a celebration for a very special day from the Viera location. I showed up in Viera and they had no donuts. No one in Viera had the common courtesy to call and tell me they were unable to fulfill my order. I drove to the Suntree location in desperation and was greeted by Lee. Lee saved the day! She went above and beyond by comping my pre-order despite the fact her location did not create the dilemma. This was completely unexpected. All I was hoping for was to deliver a few dozen donuts to my daughter as promised. Lee displayed empathy and superior customer service skills! Lee is truly an asset to the Dunkin Donuts organization!
