Message: The people are kind, but my eyebrows were not done well at all. The skin was snatched off my eye lids, and my eyebrows don’t look done at all. I have to get them redone, and wait for my skin to heal back. Definitely not worth the steep price. I’ll be traveling back to Miami Gardens to get my eyebrows redone.. Update: I called in for a refund, and the owner was completely fine with it. The owner at the shop is so kind. I’ll give getting my nails done there a try.

Message: Carlos always calls me the day before and the day of to remind me of my appointment. Staff is very friendly and sweet. Yohana is the best, takes her time with detail but also is efficient. They care to make you feel at home and part of the family. Must come! Only place I'm faithful too.

I went there with out appointment and the team acomodated me right away- Jacky and Joana were perfect on my manicure and pedicure- Its a very relax place- everyone are super polite and the place has a great energy- Carlos is a great host/ manager / owner/ he was very helpfull and very kind with all clients- next week - I will be back for my manicure. About price - it was great too-.

Message: First time going here. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff made me feel as if I'd been going there for years. Martha did an excellent job on manicure / pedicure. The owner/manager was very welcoming and friendly as well. Best of all, they were able to accommodate me last min. What they may lack in space or reclining massage chairs, they more than make up in customer service, which to me is of far greater importance. Will definitely go back again.
