Message: This location is not good when it comes to customer service! Not everyone but certain employees just do not know how to act. I’m very disappointed because I come here quite often on my lunch breaks and the employees are just soo rude! This one customer, and older lady with short red hair said to her coworker “this girl is so complicated” in Spanish to her coworker when I asked for a refund on my sub that they didn’t wanna heat up in the oven for me even though I didn’t mind waiting she told me to just microwave it. This isn’t the first time she makes a slick remark like that and I’m always very calm and respectful so I don’t really appreciate the attitude when I’m a frequent paying customer. If they’re busy they could’ve simply told me to wait and I would’ve patiently waited like I’ve done before. I work at Starbucks and I understand it can get busy and frustrating at times I don’t see why she had to do all that she’s much older than me and I feel like that’s just such an immature way to act. Very disappointed with my experience there. It sucks that certain employees negative customer service is affecting the environment of the 7 eleven. I give them 3 stars because although their bad attitude affects the store’s atmosphere they have a good variety of hot foods and a nice assortment of food and snacks.

Message: Billy is a great man and super nice with a great heart me and my friend had a conversation with him that it was amazing and once again we meet a great human being please if possible give these man a raise he deserves it thank you.

Message: Decent store. Upkeep is good and clean. Customer service rep is very friendly.

Message: Been visiting this place for at least 4 years, know their personnel who keep up to keep everything neat and organized, even when they deal with mass customers such as the highschool ERS in the morning and the construction crew. They are also friendly and nice with everybody!
