Message: The opinions shared is based off of my personal experience. The food at Cayard is pretty good. The cakes are great as well. Staff is friendly and nice BUT I stop going to this restaurant because the wait time for food is RIDICULOUS. This is not a one time visit multiple visits and its usually simple meals like chicken or greo. I went inside the restaurant place order, paid and waited. My brother went to grocery store to pick up a few items. He came back to pick me and the food still wasn't ready. Over half hour waiting for food. I support black business BUT my people we have to do better.

Message: Customer service improved by a thousand compared to last year. The ladies were so nice and in a good mood. The chicken didn’t feel too fresh but I also bought late during the day. I bought previously around noon and it was better. Their must have in my opinion are: pate! Hands down. All of the flavors were great!

Message: Most of the other reviews are correct. Customer service isn't that great and the wait is extremely long. But I must say, the food makes up for all of that. If you've never had Haitian food before but want to give it a try, this is the place to do it.
