Message: Had a last minute business meeting, needed to be hospitable for approximately 30 people and a Corporate liaison from Georgia. Our group was able to find and purchase the items we needed quickly & were back on track.

Message: This Publix is generally very good and nice. Tonight I went there the night before mother's Day looking for flowers. They had one nice vase of flowers that have no price on it. Similar arrangements range from $30 to $60. I went to the service desk and they called up a very young boy from produce who said yeah. I don't know how much that is but it's probably $50. I didn't want it for $50 so I asked him if he was sure and he said yeah probably it's $50. When I was checking out someone else brought it up to the checkout and they charged them $30 for it. It would have been perfect for my mother-in-law and this was just a bad experience especially because I specifically asked the person if they knew the price or if they could find out and they didn't even try. They were just guessing.

Message: Picked up some bananas that started splitting down the sides when I got them home. Next time I went in told the manager in the produce section. He told me to pick out a bunch and they were gonna Be the replacements. That's the way you do business. Make your customers happy..
