Message: The stars are for everybody except the deli. They can't seem to get an on-line sub order correct. I rarely get it made correctly, and today was the last straw. Not only was it not made right, it looked small to me, so I measured it. Not quite 4 1/2 inches. Edit: I gave it another try today. Another mini-sub, and despite specifying no heat, it was put under the warmer section. Discussed it with a manager, so I do with that info what you will.

Message: If you're going to have an outgoing floor rep, BUT they only offer to assist a certain demographic while others have to ASK for assistance even though they too are within his view, that feels uncomfortable. It was a clear situation of only finding value in a certain type of shopper and it's disappointing. I was spending more than anyone in my proximity based on my cart contents yet I had to ask, "when are you going to ask if I need help like you've asked everyone who's passed by? I'm standing right here waiting".

Message: As always clean store and friendly employees. Great selection of products and an amazing deli with good eats. Their chicken and chili are among my families monthly dinner rotations. Not the cheapest groceries but for the price difference you get a better atmosphere.

Message: I love that they finally posted a great sign for Service Dogs. It is clear and very easy to read. I just hope that their team will enforce it so I can continue to feel safe with my very well trained Service Dog and not have to worry about unruly pets or pets in shopping carts lunging towards us.
