Message: Store needs more employees being short staffed bring stress n can create a hostile environment among customers and 7 eleven employee. please note 7 eleven employees are overwhelmed and under paid hire more people. Compliments to JOSH who greets customer with a smile in his voice and w a calming affect. He truly accommodates customers. Jimmy needs stay away from the cashiers area when off the clock. He has poor customer services when approach to assist especially disable veterans or carry something to the front counter. He looks at you like you speaking another language and then he say. I am off the clock that’s poor poor-customer services you don’t ever say that to a customer. Please cross train him again. Thank you JOSH for assisting us with good customer services. You losing customers over being short staff no body want to be standing in long lines anymore. Thank you once again *_*!

Message: “We are not born to please people. ” However, I do have to say young or old. There are some people who are placed at the right moment of help, and not judge. On Friday, December 3rd, 2021, at approximately 10:45 pm. As I stepped out of the bus, after working so hard and exhausted. My wrinkled eyes widening. Due to the fact that I saw 7-11. A perfect opportunity to ask for help. I needed to charge my phone to text my daughters as well call an Uber. In addition, here comes the light of the tunnel. Who is going to have compassion for me?. Not only do I walk like a turtle, my hair is as white as snow, and tempted to buy an ice cream. As I approached to asked this young handsome man. Do you have a wall outlet to charge my iPhone? He asked what type of phone? I said 6S. I handed it over to “Randy”, and he started to charge my phone. Even helped me to get an Uber to get home safe. Not only I taught about the ice cream, I bought a charger instead. Although, his name it’s my families names. This made me think, it doesn’t matter who we are and where we come from. But also because no one is forced to do anything. It’s who you are, your faith and what you are meant to be in this temporary world. Not what society labels us to BE. Thank you! So much Randy.
