Publix Super Market at Westchase

Message: This store is always clean and inviting. The location is convenient for me, as I live and work nearby. The staff always seems friendly, so I feel like it's a great environment to work in. You can feel the positive vibe. I also appreciate the app. You can look before entering the store to see if your items are in-stock, and what isle they are located. Super convenient.

Message: Brett.. just EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He definitely goes beyond the call of duty. I had a question about one of the food products and Brett MADE SURE I had everything I needed. He stopped what he was doing to assist and I cannot tell you how much that meant to me! Kudos to Brett! He understands that there are many shopping choices out here and he really represents Publix so well. Great job!

Message: Hit and miss Publix. The bad first:. 1. Multiple times I have checked out, behind someone with my groceries on the belt then the bagger just walks away and leaves when it's my turn. I ended up bagging my own groceries, which I am capable of, it is just rude when you see someone has a lot of groceries then leaves, and just makes them do it. 2. They are always very busy, long sandwich line, no one at hot food, no one at bakery, not enough check out lanes, out of certain products I normally buy. You end up standing around waiting for someone to make eye contact with to ask for help and I end up leaving thinking what did I really buy, not much.. The good: close to my home, for the most part friendly employees, clean store. But, I might find a new publix to shop at.

Message: The store is always stocked with all your needs. The employees are very professional and helpful. They meet and greet you with kindness and a helpful attitude. I shop here because of the atmosphere and the staff I have connected with. Would recommend this publix to anyone.

Message: Great service at the deli. The sub line usually moves quick when it's busy and they're attentive to what you ask for. Usually pretty crowded being the local town publix but in knowing that, don't go during peak hours!

Message: Bakery Review: AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating. My husband and I just picked up our gender reveal envelope and wanted just a simple cupcake for us to find out. All the other Publix bakeries in the area said absolutely not unless they have 24 hours notice but this Publix made it happen. Little do they know the years of struggle we went through and how much they just made our day by going above and beyond.
